Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping LaPoshBoutique.com.  We sincerely hope you enjoy your product selections and return for more unique purchases.


Any items can be picked up at our store after order is placed and paid online.  Online items cannot be sold directly from the store, they must be purchased online.  

Most items will ship within 2-3 business days. Monogrammed items will ship within 7-10 business days. If there are any delays you will be notified by email as soon as possible. All shipments are subject to pre-payments. Funds must be received before items will be shipped.  An email will be sent to you verifying that your order has been received, paid and shipped. Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS. 

We are sorry for any inconvenience, but we can only ship within the United States at this time. 


  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.  NO EXCEPTIONS
  • All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 15 days of original ship date. Any returns after the 15 day deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt
  • Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization code issued by our shipping department. Any returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.  Contact LaPoshBoutique.ei@gmail.com for a Return Authorization code.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags still attached. Include any misc item(s) that came with the product (ie; buttons, belts, etc).
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent by mistake or is a manufactured defect.  All items will be inspected before leaving the warehouse.
  • Monogrammed items cannot be returned unless a mistake was made by LaPosh Boutique. 
  • Once LaPosh Boutique confirms that your Product was returned in accordance to the return policy, our sole and exclusive remedy is a store credit to be applied to your online account in the amount charged for the applicable Product. Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Store credits may only be used for future purchase of Products on the Web site.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.



Sales tax will be charged for all items sold and shipped where applicable, including the state of North Carolina.
